Description

Marginal Way II is an original fine art etching with aquatint.Black ink was used to print on Somerset paper, which is a crisp white.Only ten prints of this image were hand pulled.The print is signed and numbered.The image measures 9" x 6".
It shows a view along the Marginal Way in Ogunquit, Maine. I climbed down the rocks several times to get the angle and view to complete drawings for this piece.
Last summer, I worked in Perkin's Cove in Ogunquit. Every day I got to see the ocean, the Marginal Way, boats, cozy shops - in short - everything that makes the area so beautiful. I'm spending the fall and winter creating etchings from my drawings and memories.
